WoPHoP (Work Process Hosting Platform) is MITA's platform for building and deploying citizen-facing government eServices in Malta. It provides the infrastructure, workflow engine, and integration layer for digital government services — from online permit applications to licence renewals and public consultations.
redskios develops eServices on the WoPHoP platform, handling form design, workflow configuration, business rule implementation, B2C authentication integration, payment gateway connection, and back-office processing flows. We work closely with MITA and government entities to ensure services meet accessibility standards, security requirements, and the user experience expectations of Malta's citizens.
