iGaming Regulatory Reporting System
The Challenge
An MGA-licensed iGaming operator was assembling regulatory reports manually from multiple platform databases, game supplier feeds, and financial systems. The process consumed an entire compliance team for two days each reporting cycle and still produced submissions that required correction. The operator's rapid growth across new markets made this approach unsustainable.
Our Approach
redskios mapped the operator's full data landscape — platform databases, game aggregation feeds, payment provider records, and player activity logs — then designed an automated reporting pipeline that ingested, validated, and transformed data into MGA-compliant submission formats without manual intervention.
The Solution
We built a .NET-based regulatory reporting engine running on Azure that automatically aggregated data from the operator's gaming platform, payment processors, and player management system. The engine produced MGA-compliant reports, responsible gaming statistics, and AML transaction monitoring summaries, with a review dashboard for the compliance team to approve before automated submission.
